I also didn't give permission this year for any photos to be taken of my grandkids at all for any reason. They were wanting permission to place them online if they wanted to for some reason. I don't think so! I also think they should put a stop to volunteers coming in. I don't want any strangers, especially males, working with my little kids even if they are checked out first.

They just escalate. If they are protected early on and some families are in denial and the justice system gives them a slap on the hand. What do you think is going to happen? It is ABC, 123, what can happen? They are protected for at least 20 years.They know it too.

According to police, that`s when police say Kennimer pulled the six-year-old girl out of gym class, sexually assaulted her and took pornographic pictures of the child with his camera.

It's aggrivated sexual assault because this perv forced a 6 year old to do something she didn't want to do. And if she had bruising, he was pretty forceful in what he was doing. I hope they lock him up and throw away the key.:furious: I have zero sympathy for idiots like this.

This makes me wonder exactly how much time he had alone with her. No one noticed she was missing? I hope they put him under the jail.

That's a good question. Most 6 yo's are not real quick to remove their clothing in good times. So how long was this little girl with the perv before they were found.

They haven't really said how long he had her out of the gym before the coach noticed- apparently it was too long. There have been outcries all over town about security at our schools, it's really sad that an incident like this had to happen for them to wake up.

Me, too. I have a feeling they will go easy on him based on his age and possibly because of no prior record (does he have a prior record?).

Yes, drug possesion, I think. I do remember them saying something about it- that's why he was denied the volunteer position at the school.

This guy was prosecuted in state court and federal court. He is currently serving his state sentence, after which I assume he will be transferred to federal custody.

Sick sick sick piece of trash!! The state and federal sentences add up to 61 years...I hope he serves every second of them. He was obviously VERY determined to get access to these students, he would have been a constant and increasingly dangerous threat to children if he got a short sentence.

If they were in an alcove off the gym and she sustained bruising (poor angel!), how was she not screaming? I know gym class gets loud and boisterous, but any 6-year-old girl I know can belt out an ear-piercing shriek if they want to. Was she not heard? How awful!
