Police ask for help in search for missing Central Texas teenager

Detectives with the Killeen Police Department are requesting the community's assistance in locating 19 year-old Terrell Taylor who was reported missing on July 1st.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Terrell is asked to call police immediately at (254) 501-8830.

Mother pleads for help finding missing teen

A teen hitched a ride in the middle of the night from Bastrop to Killeen, and his family hasn’t laid eyes on him since.

Terrell Taylor was last seen in Bastrop on June 29th. He reportedly left home at 3 o’clock in the morning and hitched a ride with someone he met online.

He was headed to the Lake Road Apartments in Killeen.

The 19-year old had planned to meet a young woman there, but she told Terrell’s family that he never showed up at her apartment.

Killeen Police Department detectives are trying to figure out why two Killeen men went missing earlier this month.

Teen heads to Central Texas, disappears; mother pleads for help

The mother of a teenager who disappeared after hitching a ride from Bastrop to Killeen more than two weeks ago is pleading for help.

He got a ride to Killeen to see a girl he liked and his mother hasn't seen him since. She says Killeen police told her they believe foul play may be involved.

Three days after Terrell left to go to Killeen, his sister got a call from the person who drove Terrell telling her that Terrell left behind his phone and backpack and was gone.

Killeen police are checking surveillance video and are talking with the person who gave Terrell the ride.
