Did anyone ever consider Ruth Marie Severance? She went missing one year before UID was found. She is a few years too old at 25, but......

I came to mention Ruth Marie but see she’s been mentioned previously. Her age on CP is actually 22, not 25, which is correct. She’s even small in stature at 4’10-4’11. She was actually tiny compared to her then husband, shown in a photo on her thread: TX - TX - Ruth Jones-Severance, 25, Houston, 11 Dec 1982

Here's a side by side comparison.
Judy had dental records available and her DNA is sample submitted -Test not complete, so if it's a match, CODIS should pick it up.

This seems like another good possibility!

Kelle Fernstrom, age 20, missing from Houston is not on the Exclusions list, but in June of 2019 Detective Buse told me that there is DNA for Ms. Fernstrom, and DNA for Vidor County Jane Doe, no match.

That’s actually quite a resemblance. If I had to guess, I’d think Cinda and Charlotte would be found very close by one another. But this seems at least worth submitting for a proper comparison.

A long time ago I suggested Shelley Luty to investigators. I have no idea if they even followed up on this lead.

Did Shelly Luty usually lock her car doors? It's possible the man was in the back. Is there any DNA (possibly from her daughter and mother) that can be loaded into CODIS in case she is a Jane Doe in another state? A few people have been located both alive and dead in other states using CODIS via Chicago's attempt to identify Gacy's unidentified victims. Perhaps the people from Adventures with Purpose (found via YouTube) can help. They have recovered several victims in cars in water that had been searched before using special technology. I can't figure out how to post a link but a search on YouTube should bring them up. It might be worth looking into.

IMO, she looks like the recon, went to TX with a guy in late 1982 and never came back, and looks to have possibly been wearing braces in the younger photo of her at the link.
