    Couple in cyanide death horror at five-star hotel: Detectives probe Russian link to tragic pair. (Daily Mail)

    • Bodies were discovered at The Scotsman in Edinburgh at 12.15pm today
    • It is understood police are investigating a possible suicide after the bodies were found by a hotel worker
    • Officers wore chemical suits to enter the room on the sixth floor which has been evacuated
    • Police, fire and ambulance crews are at the scene and a cordon stretches from the hotel entrance and the city's main shopping area

    Sounds like a bit of an over-reaction on the part of the responders. Of course they were being super careful, but it is doubtful that hazmat suits, gasmasks, and closure of the hotel were needed.

    Wonder if this couple had the cyanide overnight expressed?
