South Wales Police have launched an appeal for a missing 29-year-old from Abercynon last seen on Wednesday, May 11. Carrie Griffiths was last sighted in the Abercynon area at around 9am wearing a short black top and denim jacket.

Carrie is described as being 5ft 4in with a slim build with shoulder length black hair.

South Wales Police have said Carrie has links to Pontypridd and Rhondda and have appealed for any information for her whereabouts. The appeal said: "If you have seen Carrie, or have any information on her whereabouts, please contact s quoting 2200157868."
