More news today, a neighbour heard a scream - likely a man's voice, and more of a reaction than a shout.

According to this article the woman that killed them is Kara Alexander and is their mother

These poor precious babies. Why? How can an adult kill innocent children? I'll never understand how anyone can do this, much less their own mother (allegedly). MOO
