Police appeal in link on first post here has gone.

Nothing official from police or MSM as yet, but reports on FB indicate she has sadly passed.

A woman who was found dead at a house has sparked a police investigation.

Demi Davies paid a visit to her mum Kelly Randall just over two months ago to hand over presents for her 45th birthday.

Little did she know that their meeting on April 1 was the last time that she was ever going to see or hear from her, Wales Online reports.

Just over a month later, on May 5, Ms Randall was reported missing.

The disappearance prompted a police search over her whereabouts after she failed to return home to her partner.

Her family also searched high and low to find her to no avail. Ms Randall struggled with addiction, but for her to go missing was completely out of character.

On Monday, May 16, her body was found at an address in Clas Y Deri in Waunarlwydd, Swansea.

A 67-year-old man arrested in connection with Ms Randall’s death has been released on police bail. A murder investigation has been initially launched but police say the cause of her death is currently "unexplained".

Miss Davies explained: "We took her presents and she was really grateful for them. She was clean for a few weeks, so it was quite nice to see her clean and doing well.

"I don't remember any specific conversations we had but she was really emotional that we gave her presents, she probably didn't expect it, because we were not close to her because of her lifestyle choices. We definitely didn't imagine it would have been the last time we saw her.

"She was reported missing on May 5 and that went on for two weeks. We were told there were possible sightings and that gave us some hope that she was still alive, but unfortunately that was of a different woman matching her description. For her to go missing was very out of character for her..."

[...]

South Wales Police said it is continuing to investigate the unexplained death of Ms Randall and that a 67-year-old man remains on police bail.
