Thanks for the update.Interesting they have now decided no further action against CJ.
I wonder if she was remaining silent when arrested for assisting an offender but then decided to co--operate and talk when she was arrested for murder.

Where have you got that information from?

If my child were missing, I'd be doing whatever the police were advising me to do.

If this girls mother wants to get blind drunk, dress up as a Christmas Elf and dance on a bouncy castle in the middle of Sainsbury's, she can for my liking.

Everyone's grief is theirs and theirs alone.

i totally agree people deal with the loss of a loved one in many different ways. You hear different thing s leigh-park is a community that care about each other. There have been a few missing people in surrounding areas and peope have been out searching. All i meant was i would be out day and night searching the streets.

Having followed a very large number of ‘missing’ persons, I know the police usually advise a parent ( or other responsible adult) to stay home in case there is communication from, or regarding, their missing family member.
Many parents express frustration that they are unable to join the search for their loved one, but also feel they need to stay home in case the missing person makes contact.

The wait for news must be agonising....I can’t imagine how awful it must be.

People react differently to extreme stress.

We should not judge if someone reacts differently to the way we think we would if in their shoes.

Your first comment says that there's "more to it" and that you'd defy what police tell you to do (as you're a mother yourself) and that you 'believe' that whilst louise was missing, that her mother was 'enjoying herself' ...

I asked where you got the information from that Louise's mum was 'enjoying' herself whilst Louise was missing ... you failed to answer that question ...

Instead you reply with 'you hear different things'. Here at Websleuth we don't deal in 'hearing different things', because that's just gossip and hearsay and not truth or facts and it's the latter 2 that are important.

The former 2 are against forum rules.

Have they theorized or even leaked any info regarding motive? This case is baffling to me and breaks my heart.

I see from the article that there will be no further action against CJ. She could have contradicted his turn of events so it will be interesting to see if she takes the stand against him. I guessing she will.

Im guessing the killing of Louise went down like this..

Shane had a secret love/obsession for Louise. After one beer too many he decides to tell louise of this love/obsession weird fantasy. Louise gets freaked and storms off. Shane chases after her realising its not gone down the way he thought it would. Shane tries to explain but Louise is having none of it. Shane then realizes that letting Louise go would end his world..

This theory is the closest my brain can come up with that feels the most plausible. Reminds me of Rebecca reusch from Germany (Still unfound and last seen by her brother in law)
