A 30-year-old man has pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of 16-year-old Louise Smith, who was found dead in woodland in #Havant after disappearing on VE Day. Shane Mays is charged with the murder of the teenager, which he denies.

Prosecuting is James Newton-Price QC, with Andrew Langdon QC defending Mays.

Mays, 30 of Somerborn Drive, Leigh Park, denies the murder of Louise Smith, but has admitted manslaughter.
