From the first link posted; FBI's ten most wanted:

.... Also notable in 1964 was the removal from the list of the Fugitive with the longest time ever spent on the list up to that time, Fugitive #14, Frederick J. Tenuto, who had been listed in the very first year of the first top Ten, although he was not an original Top Tenner. Tenuto's record of fourteen years on the list would not be surpassed until several decades later.

Portrait of Frederick J. Tenuto (see photo at below link)

    Original caption:

Convicted murderer Frederick J. Tenuto (above), who broke out of Eastern State penitentiary, Philadelphia, with Willie Sutton, on February 10, 1947 is the object of a stepped-up search, March 9, as a suspect in the slaying of Arnold Schuster, 24, who tipped police to the whereabouts of Sutton. Amid outraged cries from civic officials and citizens, citizens at large, police pressed what is reported to be the biggest manhunt in New York history, for short, stocky Tenuto, known to the underworld as "Angel". Tenuto was allegedly seen in Brooklyn a short time before the brutal, gangster-style shooting of young Schuster.

    Twins in time?

Does anyone think that Frederick J. Tenuto looks like Val Kilmer? Compare the photos at the below link with the one in my previous post.
