"The last time I saw her was in my room, she was doing my hair," said Zhane Moussa, Jholie's twin sister. "She stopped to text someone. After she stops, she says, 'I have to go, I'll be back real quick.'"

Jholie walked out the front door and never came back.

Because both girls had told their parents that there were spending the night at friends' houses, nobody grew concerned until Saturday when Jholie still did not come home.

The girls' father Cyrille Moussa said they've tried to trace Jholie's iPhone, but it went dead and she has not turned it back on, which makes them very concerned.

Another alarming piece of information is who may have called Jholie at 5 p.m. Friday. She left their home at 4:45. The 5 p.m. call came from a 12-year-old boy's cell phone, according to Cyrille Moussa who said he talked to the boy. That boy said the father that another man asked to use his phone to make a call.

Fairfax County Police call the case a missing person, believed to be a runaway, since she left the house voluntarily. But Jholie's family is worried she's being held against her will.

Fairfax County Police say they are actively working the case and trying to find Jholie.

May be heading to Norfolk: https://pilotonline.com/news/local/article_18839e77-fc38-5ef3-86b6-48fcd1d26691.html

Syreeta Steward-Hill, the missing girl's mother, said her daughter verbally told and texted her sister that she was headed to a party in Norfolk.

"That's the last time anyone every heard from her," she said. "We don't know if she actually got there."

A neighbor saw Jholie standing near Richmond Highway a few blocks from her home Friday evening as if she was waiting for a ride.

Another alarming piece of information is who may have called Jholie at 5 p.m. on Friday. She left their home at 4:45. The 5 p.m. call came from the cell phone of a 12-year-old boy who lives nearby according to Cyrille Moussa who talked to the boy.

Cyrille Moussa said the boy told him that he was playing basketball in the neighborhood when another man asked to use his phone to make a call. The man was a dark-skinned black man with short twist-curls in his hair.

"Why would this man do that? It seems to me, he wanted to make a call that could not be traced to him," said Cyrille Moussa.

The FBI is joining in the investigation to locate a missing teenage girl from Fairfax County, police say.

Fairfax County police say they have looked into the tip that Moussa was in Norfolk, but it did not pan out.

According to police, detectives have spoken with around 20 people who have had recent contact with Moussa. However, police say many of those 20 people who are friends with Moussa have not been fully cooperating with investigators.

At this point in their investigation, police say they do not believe Moussa is in imminent danger.

Anyone with information about Moussa is asked to call police at 703-691-2131, the FBI Washington Field Office at 202-278-2000 or at*https://tips.fbi.gov.

I couldn't tell if that was an injury or a birthmark of some sort from that brief news clip. Do you have a news source where he said the other info? (Snipping the rest of your post because if it is only on social media we can't discuss here). TIA.

This just pisses me off. So what if she left voluntarily? That doesn't mean someone wasn't luring her out under false pretenses.
