Kopacki sounds like a big fool. Most physical evidence like DNA and fingerprints can be circumstantial evidence and MOST cases in court are based on circumstantial evidence, which is not hard to get through courts at all. And sexual contact doesn't mean they knew one another before that night, how about a thing called stranger rape?

As for the case get through to the court, if the perp has Johnny Cochrane or some powerhouse attorney, the possibility exists he could get off.
I think what he meant was LE is working on getting a rock solid case against the perp so that he can be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and no lawyer is going to get him off on some fluke.
