Sorry if I am not fast with the tweets, I have a bad headache myself.

I will do AC's twitter to keep it simple. If someone wants to do the other reporters go for it. :)

Hagerman is talking about how Millard usually kept drugs in the toolbox on the recording. #TimBosma #Bosma

The jury is listening to some of Nadir Sachak's cross examination of Hagerman. #TimBosma #Bosma

And under 3 hours he's back at court. I figured the hospital would push him through faster (the juror.. Him or her I should say)

They probably put him through quickly and then needed time to let whatever they gave him take full effect. No sense getting him back quickly if he isn't 100% ready to go yet.

Now that LE know that MB tampered with evidence as well as act as the go between for communications between DM and people on the no-contact list, I find it deplorable that she is not charged. I'm sure that she doesn't have much of a life these days, but IMHO, that shouldn't weigh into the equation of being an obstructionist and assisting in breaching a court order. Geesh

MB did not pick up the letters from DM and then hand deliver them to CN. There had to have been someone who was in the position to obtain them legally give them to her thus knowingly providing her with them. Did she at that time, without all this information and knowledge we have been provided through this trial possibly imagine that her son was a possible serial killer????? All she possibly could have known was what DM & CN had told her and that was probably that MS "****ed up" and he was caught taking care of the mess. One of many victims of DM who has already bean dealt a life sentence.

Hagerman said Millard never told him he was going to drop off guns, and he thought he was getting drugs. #TimBosma #Bosma

I remember this was mentioned before. Me personally (i have never seen him in person) I just think its his sick twisted expressions.

My wondering about the palsy was based on seeing him in person at court a few times, just while being escorted in, or whatever.. and then I would think back to the photos I had seen, especially the mug shot, and it just made me wonder. Someone's description of the look of FAS.. sure wouldn't surprise me.. except that I had always thought that FAS facial features were lost as the child grew up. Maybe it is just an overbite thing. (Or is it underbite?)

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 9m9 minutes ago
We are back to listening to the audio of Hagerman being cross-examined by Sachak. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 8m8 minutes ago
Nadir Sachak, in audio, is asking Hagerman about seeing the toolbox at Millard's Maple Gate home, used for illegal drugs. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 8m8 minutes ago
Hagerman assumed drugs were in the toolbox when Millard dropped it off at 4 am May 10, 2013, he says. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 8m8 minutes ago
Hagerman was concerned by Millard's dishevelled appearance and his request to hold onto his toolbox for a couple of weeks. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 8m8 minutes ago
Sachak is asking about the toolbox exchange. Hagerman recalls that Millard looked disheveled, knew something was wrong. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 7m7 minutes ago
Hagerman assumed Millard was getting rid of his supply, he said. So Millard could have airport hangar meetings at home. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 7m7 minutes ago
Hagerman agrees he knew there was something going on that led Millard to be giving him this toolbox. Troubled him. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 7m7 minutes ago
Hagerman was troubled by taking the toolbox at 4 a.m.. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 6m6 minutes ago
Sachak also quizzed Hagerman on his evidence that the toolbox weighed 4-5 pounds. Is he sure it wasn't more like 3lbs? He said it felt light

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 6m6 minutes ago
Millard having important meetings around that time, so thought maybe he wanted to get the drugs out of the house in case mtgs there. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 6m6 minutes ago
Hagerman made multiple statements to police. Said toolbox weighed 4-5 pounds for the first time while on the stand, suggests Sachak.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 4m4 minutes ago
May 10 texts between Hagerman and Millard. Hagerman texts asking if — "haha"— the toolbox is "full of guns."

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 4m4 minutes ago
Hagerman said he was just trying to "lighten the moment" by joking about guns.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 4m4 minutes ago
"ha ha full of guns," Sachak brought up the joke Hagerman made to Millard in a text. Joke wasn't based on anything, he told court.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 3m3 minutes ago
It was hours later that Millard responded "2." Hagerman says he thought Millard was furthering his joke about the guns. #Bosma

The backpack smelled distinctly of marijuana, Hagerman testified. He and Michalski dropped it with toolbox in stairwell in Oakville

Kamille & Typhoo1961 - DM looks much older, gaunt, tired. MS has his hair slicked and styled, is a healthy weight (not druggy weight like before).
He truly looks like a different person.. kind of reminds me of that guy Martin Shkreli?

They probably put him through quickly and then needed time to let whatever they gave him take full effect. No sense getting him back quickly if he isn't 100% ready to go yet.

That's about right. I'm usually there for a few hours with my migraines (about 1/2 hr wait with Triage) then about 2 hrs is getting the meds by IV and sleeping.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
Hagerman said he did not know and didn't care who the toolbox/bag ended up with, but agreed he assumed Smich. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
Knapsack with "weed" had a distinct smell of marijuana, asked Sachak. Hagerman agreed. He figured Michalski was texting Smich as they drove.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 2m2 minutes ago
Hagerman says he assumed Smich was going to pick up the bag & box, but didn't talk to him & wasn't certain, he said. #Bosma

"We just wanted to get it off our hands," Hagerman testified of the drugs & gun. "My main goal was to get it away from me." #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 1m1 minute ago
Hagerman could have dropped box off anywhere, Sachak said in his cross, but he brought it to Oakville where Smich lived. #Bosma

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 1m1 minute ago
Hagerman agrees with Sachak that there were thousands of places in Toronto he could have left the gun, but he took it to Smich. #TimBosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
Hagerman had been to Smich's house. Took backpack and toolbox to Oakville because that's where Smich lived. #Bosma

Hagerman assumed Millard was getting rid of his supply, he said. So Millard could have airport hangar meetings at home. #Bosma

This is such a BS line out of MH's mouth IMO. Millard had a huge hangar, why would MH think DM is having business meetings at his house instead? Plus, it isn't like DM lived in a tiny house and the meeting attendees would tour his whole house and look at everything. Plus, a toolbox would just seem like just that to me.

To read that line back now and know the rest of the lies from DM's posse makes me realize how see through they all are.

MOO.

He really does look very different IMO. The biggest thing I think is his hair not being buzzed, but instead it is few inches long, and very dark and parted at side and kind of gelled or something therefore looks groomed and stays in place. His whole look obviously is more conservative now, long sleeved collared shirts buttoned up, generally he presents pretty well and looks tidy not rumpled. Plus the expression on his face is more mature, stoic and serious. Also, he is a lot smaller in person IMO then he looks in pictures. Shorter, and even His frame and shoulders are narrow, his slimmer fitting clothing must have a lot to do with that. He's kind of on the little side.

(IMO )
On the other hand, I still can't get over how different DM looks. Risking being jumped on, I must say a few years ago, when pictures first came out of DM I honestly thought he looked strikingly attractive in some of the photos. Physically only obviously, and this is before any evidence came out.

Between then and now he looks skinnier, much more 'haggard' with bags under his eyes. His hair is longer and 'mousy'.
But beyond that, even his mug shot reminds me of how people's faces change so drastically over time with certain drugs (particularly Chrystal meth for example, Faces of meth anyone?) it seems like his face had already been changing already before going into custody. IMO only

Nailed it.

Hagerman said his main goal was to get the stuff away from him. Agreed he assumed they were doing drop-off in Oakville bc of Smich. #Bosma

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 1m1 minute ago
He assumes Michalski made all the arangements since he was on the phone and texting with someone who Hagerman assumed with Smich. #TimBosma

Hagerman knew where MS lived. They were in Oakville. and that's why they were going there.

Really sounds like MH didn't like MS much. (I mean, from even before any of this, else why start right then.... unless he had already been told somehow that 'it was all MS's fault' and he already knew what was going on.
