I'm thinking LM returned Jun Lin's phone to the apartment, he didn't want anyone to realize Jun Lin was missing. I wonder if the phone was checked for LM's fingerprints.

And anywhere else in Jun Lin's apartment.....for prints!

If they met as said,via Craiglist,and Jun Lin was going to meet a 'stranger' for whatever reasons,then why would he give LM his own address??

Do we know for certain that they met via Craigslist? Was the meeting from Craigslist mentioned in the trial. (Forgive me......the memory has hit the overload!:blushing

The one thing that stands out for me is this - if the monster could find the mailing address of the schools in Vancouver, the Prime Minister's office, the maiden name of Mrs. Harper.....he surely could locate Jun Lin's address in Montreal! This is one very sly and cunning :censored:.

According to my math & the timeline of LRMs' activities, Jun Lin was probably deceased before the calls were made to Vancouver. I doubt Jun Lin would go to LRMs' house for the first time ever without his phone. He went to the drugstore/post office, went to get the suitcase, took the puppy out, had to drop off the head in the park... On the CCTV footage there is 1or 2 points where he is gone for almost an hour.

Does anyone have a timeline of the activities in the lobby? How long does it take to travel from LRMs' house to Jun Lins?

02:47 am: LM makes several trips emptying small receptacles into garbage drums
04:02 am: LM puts bags into bins
04:09 am: LM throwing away wine bottles
04:22 am: LM throwing away bags
04:26 am: LM throwing away small parcel
04:30 am: LM throwing away big bag
04:35 am: LM leaves with puppy (for 2 minutes)
04:37 am: LM comes back with puppy
06:00 am: LM makes 4 calls to area code 705 four times, last call at 7:22 am (for 206 seconds). First ever call to this number on March 6th.

11:55pm: Air Transat flight 610 to Paris at Montreal’s Trudeau airport

Time from LMs apartment to JLs apartment (5720 Boulevard Décarie to Côte-des-Neiges / Forest Hill): 11 minutes by car, 26 minutes by train, 45 minutes by foot, according to Google maps.

He had plenty of time returning the phone on May 26th.

- maybe Jun Lin had more than one phone and he did take a phone with him to meet his murderer

Could this also explain why LE couldn't find any 'contact' between them ? :dunno:
IF JL was using Craiglist etc. I think maybe he did have two phones.
