Desiree and family looked for Veronica and put up missing fliers along central and in the war zone

-Last seen wearing black pants, black shirt, and green jacket
-Arrested for prostitution, dv, shoplifting, criminal trespassing
-Drug of choice was heroin (can't confirm from more than 1 source)
-Wierd coincidence det. Babcock arrested her for prostitution in 1999. He worked vice back then...he would later be one of the detectives in charge of the west mesa victims

---interesting weird coincidence, but could make perfect chronological sense for him to be vice then a lead det---that's one of those either random weird coincidences based on it making since since he went from vice and worked his way up to lead det by doing good work---or, it's a "holy crap" coincidence--if the others have local arrests, he likely would appear on the sheets as well, so it wouldn't stand out as odd initially as out of place, but rather it would be expected, and look normal-doesn't have to be him---could be someone from that type of unit---could be normal based on circumstance, but could be something to it...be interesting to see the arresting officers in the other girls cases.

--IFFF WEST MESA is tied to an APD, someone like that makes sense since you would be looking for a mission-oriented(such as cleaning up the streets in their area), organized serial killer,
