In searching ancestry, it appears that there is a Jeffrey C Baker, born about 1961, with a SSDI of 1995. (with a residence of Seattle). and a Jeffrey J Baker with a birthdate of Sep 1960, who lived in Issaquah, Washington as of 1993. Alot of Jeffrey Bakers in Washington, with various middle names and birthdates, so it is hard to determine the correct guy.

Hmmm--I think this is a dead end. I found a high school picture, that I believe is this Jeffrey (Jeff) Baker, and his nose is too broad. I don't think I can link the ancestry, but will try. If it does not work but you have ancestry, he attended Hazen High in Renton Washington. It is the 1975 yearbook, and he is on page 179. (Page 183 of the search guide for the yearbook)

I think it is safe to say BK is in his 60's. I think a BD of 1961 would be a little young...jmo.
