The sex offender, 36-year-old Jonathan Wayne Bowles, has multiple felony warrants out for his arrest and the Lewiston Police Department said he is "noncompliant."

Bowles and Dixon are believed to be in the Walla Walla or Columbia County area. Bowles' vehicle was abandoned just north of Waitsburg on December 4.

This scenario is so common and its horrific how often a like this monster will get a priceless, naive young woman to go with them, excuse me for assuming she is naive....I doubt very much she knew what kind of evil he is. This is in my general hood, SE WA....I am familiar with this area and I am not many miles as the crow flies from the area where she was taken. Extremely small towns out there and a million places to hide a vehicle in the surrounding area's which is mostly farming/desert grass lands for many miles unless you hit the main freeways. They could literally be anywhere. A Maroon Chevy Trailblazer should stand out some what from a smaller sedan type vehicle. Be strong, be safe Lillian. Please be home safe soon.
