I found a Linda Adams in Ancestry yearbook for 1979

I just looked through the 1979 yearbook, and i see that Linda Adams is mentioned at Page 164 in a group soccer picture. However, do we know whether or not that particular photo was taken in 1979?

In the senior section of the book, Linda Adams isn't photographed as part of the graduating class. At the end there is a ''picture shy seniors'' list which lists all the seniors i guess that either chose not to have a photo taken or were absent. Linda isn't listed there either.

The correct photo of Linda has been added to her NamUs profile. In the comments of this Facebook post, her sister commented stating the photograph of the Linda Adams from Seattle is not her sister.

Wow!

Good that her sister was able to catch the incorrect picture, but that one looks younger than 15? Maybe not, but I would say closer to 12? Wonder if Linda looked young for her age?

Wish we could see her teeth. I know this UID was found clear across the country but I thought of her when I saw it. She was 15-20, around 5'1", and the date of death could have been as early as 1980.

Im thinking more like Annie possibly. They show Harriet as having brown hair. The age is a touch off from Annie. They show her top age as being 16

Yes she was ruled out. I do see a resemblance though.

I have been trying to connect Linda Adams and Andria Bailey. The reasoning for this is that I have matched the girls to 2 Jane Doe's found in California in 1980. I have linked their thread below. I believe Andria is UP4389 and that Linda is possibly UP4388. They are the only two 15-16 year old girls to go missing in 1978 - 1979. Andria may have gone missing in 1978 too as the exact date is unknown but is somewhere from 1978 - 1979 which matches Linda's DLC. The height of UP4388 doesn't favour Linda as a match but considering that her family was finally able to file a report in 2004, decades later makes me believe her height may be an estimate. Maybe something like 5' - 5'3".
