After watching the documentary Streetwise, it's really interesting to me to get an inside look to the daily lives of runaways, and wondering further how many of these children were reported missing. Most children did maintain contact with family, but other's said they lived on the streets for years, and I wonder if their family even knew where they were. I was surprised to see so many 12-15 year old prostitutes in the film and how they were getting into cars for "dates" in broad daylight. It really changes the whole "last seen getting into a vehicle with an unknown male" for me.

Due to the time the movie was filmed (1983), I almost wonder if Patricia was in the background shots or could have even known some of the children in the movie.
