Now that all the evidence has been heard and the jury has been sent out to deliberate...

Guilty beyond reasonable doubt. I cannot make the evidence fit any other scenario.

This poll result looks much more promising than the previous one. :cheer:

    I still say 'Guilty'!
Even more definite after hearing the closing statements from both sides and after hearing the judge's summing up!

Guilty of murder - evidence as a whole fits the verdict - no reasonable doubt.

Agreed. The prosecution's summation blew me away.

I can't see it being anything but Guilty of Murder, Todd Fuller just tied it up with a big Bow.

Guilty as charged, imo. Two stories, one makes total sense, the other is all over the place

Guilty and sadly of so much more in addition to these crimes.

Is it very likely that most people on this forum are here because they think he was guilty all along and unlikely anyone he believes in his innocence would post here at all?
I have been uncertain until now but reading the facts presented has convinced me of his guilt.

I would have said he didn't have the nerve for murder - I say manslaughter.
