Hi all,
Fairfax County has some of the most bizarre rules in place in regards to case and inmate lookups. If you're in prison there, it seems that information is not shared in the same way the rest of the state does, or even across the country. I have been trying to follow a case there, but after the original arrest - poof!- gone, no way to know what happened. Is anyone from the area or perhaps more knowledgeable about the processes there? Perhaps the person I'm looking for was moved to a psych ward or found NCR? Maybe I'm too impatient and they're still in a detention centre - Is a year too short of a time to see a trial happen? Any advice appreciated.
