Which came first, Strangulation or Head Trauma???

mmm, but thats the catch. Thats why we know it was an inside job. Redressing JonBenet in the size-12's, any day of the week size-12's, is not something any intruder would bother hanging about to do. The intruder knows that JonBenet's internal injuries will eventually be discovered, hiding them serves no purpose, none what so ever! Your standard nasty intruder would just leave JonBenet lying where she fell, partially clothed, bloodied, including her size-6's, unless they were used to remove forensic evidence?

Fast forward to Patsy's interview where states at least three times I, We decided to put the size-12's into JonBenet's panty drawer, she is forced into some explanation since she admits purchasing them, and the interviewers tell her by implication that they have already searched the whole house and found no other set of unopened size-12's, get that bit, because Patsy agrees, never mind any opened size-12's. So Patsy lies and lies, and digs a deep hole for herself. Then she is told by the interviewers that no size-12's were found in JonBenet's panty drawer!

As you suggest it seems a simple detail to think up some explanation for the size-12's, yet Patsy does not , she lies, imo she is lying from a position of ignorance, thus directly linking herself to the size-12's that JonBenet is wearing. Not something you would do if you author ransom notes, dial 911 with tales of abduction etc.

So the size-12's are a staging error, in whatever capacity they were ever used, it is a mistake to dress JonBenet in size-12's, regardless from where they were sourced. The purpose of the size-12's is staging, to hide JonBenet's sexual assault!

.

This is SO true! Why in the world would an intruder give a hoot as to if the panties looked the same as the previous ones that she had on? Even if it was to remove evidence...why in the world would he search high and low for another pair to put on her in the first place, nevermind the fact that he searched high and low, found some panties...and they just happen to look the same as the ones that she had been wearing. NO intruder would have taken the time to have done that...as you said.

Absolutely right! An intruder wouldn't care if she was left dressed, undressed, what she was wearing, whether she was covered with her "special white blanket) or if she was hidden from sight.
To me, the biggest screw-up of all is the ransom note.
Not only because both the handwriting and the linguistics SCREAM PR, but because it was totally unnecessary in the first place. She'd have been just as missing and just as dead without it. As soon as PR went to get her up for the trip, she'd have known she was not in her room. The 911 call would still have been made. That RN was simply the device needed to explain why JBR was dead in the home. Actually, it was the ONLY way to explain it.
