The PI's were working for the Anthonys when the body was found. Cindy stated she sent her people out there and there was nothing there. Our Astros also state
that Cindy was on the phone with the PI while he was poking around .
The question is how did Cindy get the info ?

Why would Casey tell someone?...hmmm. Since Casey resides in a logic-free zone...applying common sense is a huge waste. She does not plan, she does not think, she only acts and re-acts. We try to make common sense out of her actions and we may get a headache...:banghead:

She may have told JB....

She may of told JB to endear herself even more to him knowing that he can't tell anyone. If she told him I am sure she told him it was an accident.

Casey doesn't impress me as being too intelligent and is also lazy. I don't think she took the time to find a better dump site. It was convenient, and she didn't think the remains would ever be found, so she didn't care about the items from home that she left in the bag. By the time she dumped the remains, the duct tape couldn't be removed as the body had decomposed too much.

IMO Casey is NOT intelligent. Big difference between being (somewhat) articulate and intelligent, and we all know that she LOVES to talk. From what I've observed she also has a limited vocabulary as well..using the word "absolutely" over and over. Becomes annoying after awhile.

I agree with you, sadly the site where she dumped poor Caylee was a convenient place for her. I also think that when Caylee was found, she thought she would never be considered as a "suspect", as she would be able to lie her way out the kidnapping and murder charges with her "nanny" story.

I think that she also told JB where the body was, and also her family was told, and the PI went out to the site prior to Caylee being found in order to move the remains so that the police would never find her. Also, as a defense strategy, her family was continuing to act as if Caylee was still alive prior to her remains being found. That's my opinion though. In KC's narcissistic mind, I think that she thinks that JB is going to get her out of this "mess that she's been wrongly accused of" somehow, and she has told him "everything" (however I seriously question her veracity of the story that she has told him). IMO, I don't think kc actually told where Caylee was.
IMO I am thinking that family brainstormed.
Like where she played, where pets were buried.
I have a feeling that is "what LEE was doing last summer".
While LEE played PI, he stumbled upon 'something'.....
freaked out like 'what to do' went to mother dearest who controls all activities.
CA then told PI's to search.........

My theory is that KC told Cindy while out on bond. Cindy put into action the search by DC.
GA and LA were not involved. Still waiting for the document dump that shows her response to LE when told about finding the remains. Something along the line of "I had someone search that area in..."

I agree.

Caylee overshared to bring JB close. But, she didn't tell Baez what she "really" did.

Baez wouldn't tell the P.I. NOT to call LE if he found Caylee's body on Suburban based on some psychic tip OR the tip from Kio that had been public for months. This was the ONLY location where P.I. Casey actually looked for a dead Caylee (with a spade and stick even).

The P.I.'s search for Caylee's body was too close to where Caylee was to be accidental. P.I. Casey had it down to looking for a certain number of pavers.

There is a reason Baez said P.I. Casey's testimony was "work product". I believe that reason is why Strictland filed a complaint against Baez. If Baez shared with his "agent" (or ex-agent depending upon the timing) and the "agent" talked to Hoover or Cindy or anyone else, Baez bears the responsibility for his "agent's" actions (according to the lawyers on Caylee's legal thread @ WS).

Also IIRC didn't TB or another spokesman for Baez slip up and say it may have been an accident?

I had to look it up; TB referred to Caylee as a "dead little girl" when Baez and the family was saying Caylee is alive.

I think the death penalty specialist attorney that was temporarily part of Casey's team argued that nothing pointed to the murder being heinous, that Casey had mental issues and that it was an accidental death.

He said it before Caylee's body was found.

We aren't saying Casey told Baez the truth. No way could she do that.

She lied. I'm sure Casey said SHE was a fragile victim faced with her beloved child's surprise accident and that she panicked and did the wrong thing because she was afraid of her mother. And then she was so relieved to get it off her chest to someone who would believe in her and defend her that Baez had to wipe her tears and tell her it would be ok

People overconfide to create false closeness.

Judge Strictland wasn't kidding around when he filed the complaint about Baez. His complaint involves P.I. Casey, who, according to Baez, was privy to "work product" as a result of working for Baez.

P.I. Baez has been videotaped close to where Caylee's body was, digging and poking a stick around. No way was he out there accidently. (IMO)

The specifics could only have originated from Casey.

I get a bit confused keeping track of some timeline specifics, but I read a document abt root growth and leaves covering the crime scene area that indicated the amount of time Caylee had been where she was found (possibly a MINIMUM of 4 months). To me this is very important info.

I'm not sure if the root growth/bone info is specifically abt Caylee.

I agree completly with your post. I have always thought that the body was first hidden where the 2 men saw the car with the woman in the glasses with a shovel , a bag and the trunk open. That is also where GA was seen at a later time standing and looking out around the field .I believe Caylee was moved after most thought the area near her home was already searched. moo

IIRC, the area where the 2 men saw the car with the woman in sunglasses, and the area where GA was seen standing and looking into the woods are 2 totally different places. :)

I agree........I think the Anthony family knew the general location of the remains and the whole point of sending the PI there to search, was to find and permanently dispose of the remains. I think this may be the basis for GA, CA, and LA, each retaining an attorney and asking for immunity.

JB has raised Casey's expectations that's he's going to get her out of this mess with an acquittal. I think JB sees this case as his ticket to fame and fortune as a defense attorney and that's why he keeps saying there won't be any plea deals. A plea deal wouldn't be good for JB's career.

Bold by me

I respectfully disagree that DC was definitely given specifics, and that goes back to the original question on this thread.... why would KC have told anyone where to find the body? It wouldn't do her any good, unless she wanted someone to move it. In that case, I don't think there would have been a "daisy chain" of trust from Lee to DC or whatever.

I think there's a very good chance that DC, and maybe a few others (CA? Psychic?) had a really good hunch, because they knew KC's history burying animals at that spot. JMO.

At first I don't think KC worried too much about someone finding the body. BUT after she sat in the poky for a while hearing NG's talking heads saying that if they don't find a body, the case against KC is much weaker. All of the sudden she thinks, wow I didn't hide the body very well.... hhhmmm maybe I better confide in someone... Lee, yeah lee will do it. So she talks to lee, tells him it was an accident (borrowing one of the scenerios from WS) and asks him to find it and hide it better. Well Lee can't do it cause he is being watched. So he go's to the PI and tells them where she is and what to do with her once they find her" But her directions weren't so good and all assumed that the rains washed the body away. Meanwhile, the location gets leaked out and a few more start looking in that area until someone does find the body, only it was the wrong someone and KC is going down.

Interesting point - does anyone know the timeline for when the A's attorney requested immunity. How close was it in relation to the PI search in Novmember or the relase of the PI search video?

KC didn't need to tell anyone because CA/LA were involved from June 15th. CA tells DC the general area. Meter reader sees the media coverage or hears about DC sniffin' around the site and goes on his own, again. This time he does find Caylee.

They (A's) all knew that the evidence of murder would have been destroyed by the elements in that specific area five months later. They (A's) truly believe that since no method of murder was established that KC will be free, eventually and the secret of Caylee's murder will remain a secret. The A's knew that reporting a "kidnapping" would gather sympathy from the public and in turn the bucks would be rolling in. JB is along for the ride gathering publicity. He doesn't care whether KC is guilty or not. He sees a future of high fees for himself. The rest of his legal team are also on the ride for publicity and high profile firms.

I predict that in the months to come the media will see the story coming out as CA/KC/LA/GA accidentally let Caylee die, each blaming the other creating so much doubt that no one can be charged directly with Caylee's murder. Lesser charges will be made, but no one will actually be held totally responsible for Caylee's murder because there is no physical evidence known at the present time, that directly puts KC as the sole individual responsible for Caylee's murder. Even if there is evidence that dirt on KC's shoes match the dirt where Caylee was found, that only proves that KC "disposed like yesterday's trash" Caylee.

I am hoping that LE/SAFBI have established evidence not released to the public that proves KC is the sole responsible individual and that CA/LA/GA were involved either during or after the fact. Then Caylee's memory may rest in peace.
