The judge says that he hasn't seen anything so heinous in his career in law.

I believe they did but I didn’t catch it. Even the judge is saying he has no idea how that person came to the no-mental-defect conclusion.

The judge is reading Patterson’s own words, and Patterson keeps shaking his head.

    What the hell!

Ew I hate the camera being on him. I'd MUCH rather see the judge than see this complete waste of a human shaking his stupid head. Anyone catch what he said to the judge???

Patterson is shaking his head vigorously as the judge reads Patterson's own words. He now interprets the judge!

Still shaking his head, he's starting to be vocal about being against what the judge is saying.

(you know, he had his chance to discredit those notes before he pleaded...)

I knew it from JP's initial statement that "when I saw her I knew she was the girl I was going to take." He had been thinking about doing this for awhile. Enjoy prison.

    Judge:

“There is not a doubt in my mind that you are one of the most dangerous men ever to walk this planet.”

“You are the embodiment of evil.”

Not that there was ever a doubt, but here it is:

    Count 1 (James Closs).

    Life without parole.

    Count 2 (Denise Closs).

    Life without parole.

    40 years for kidnapping.

All consecutive, it’s done. He’s done.

    Ballgame.
