Hill has multiple tattoos, including on her neck, chest, forearms and lower back. Some of the tattoos read "Lil Raymond," "LEVAR," "ALLMIGHTY" and "$heky."

Racine family's desperate for answers, after a 46-year-old mother of two vanished the day before her birthday. It's been three weeks since anyone's seen Lasheky (la-sheeky) Hill.

"She got family that love her and this community too small for nobody not to know nothing and her to just vanish," said Georgia Hill, Lasheky's mom.

"But that's my child, my child and this is killing me, tearing me apart," said Hill.

Mom last saw her March 25, the day before Lasheky's 46th birthday.

"She left here about 11:00 because it began to snow and she said well let me go before it start snowing and she took her plate of food and she left, never seen my daughter no more," said Hill.

The night before her birthday, family say Lasheky stopped at an apartment here along Douglas Avenue close to where this liquor store now has her missing person flier on the door.

When Lasheky's birthday came and went and no one in the family heard from her, her mother instantly knew something was wrong.

"Nothing was moving. Her Facebook wasn't moving. She had money on her Cash App and that's unusual, she'd took it off. Now out of all things she would have called her son on her birthday," said Hill.

Lasheky Hill's a mom of two, and grandma to three and planned to spend part of her special day with them.

"But she kept on saying you know for her birthday she gonna come kick it with us and then you know go have her fun or whatever," said Raymond Massie, Lasheky's son.

Police interviewed one man who said he was with her when she left in a car with another man, but family say surveillance shows she never left. Lasheky was last seen with a black purse with gold rhinestones on it and wearing a long, blond wig.

"She'd give the shirt off her back. She did anything for you. She was a loving, kind person. Like of the 45 years I would never think I would never you know hear her voice like this again, like it's been very, very tough," said Antwone Green, Lasheky's cousin. bbm

Lasheky Hill is 46 years old, a mother and grandmother. She was last seen the day before her birthday in the 1300 block of Douglas Avenue.

Family members tell us she was excited about her birthday, planned to get dressed up and spend part of the day with her son and grandchildren.

Where she spent her birthday is a mystery, and police say anything, even what might seem like a small tip, can help.

"Any little piece of information that you think is insignificant that might tie to something else that we're actually working on, that may either solidify that or tell us not to look in that direction," said Racine Police Chief Maurice Robinson. "That's why all these small pieces of information are important."

Deputy Chief Jessie Metoyer shared that after more than seven weeks, there have been no breakthroughs or leads as to Hill’s whereabouts or well-being. Metoyer provided details about the search for Lasheky, all to no avail, that included:
  • Following every tip that has come in
  • Serving multiple search warrants
  • Conducting dozens of searches in:
    • Abandoned buildings
    • City parks
    • Wooded areas
    • Waterways
    • The lakefront
  • Utilizing multiple K9 untis with a range of different capabilities
  • Searching on foot as well as with ATVs and drones
  • Working with state and federal partners and law enforcement from other jurisdictions
  • Adding Hill’s name to National Crime Information Center Missing Persons Database as well as the Black and Missing website.

At a Tuesday news conference, Lasheky Hill's mother, Georgia Hill, asked the public to help police find her daughter. "She's somebody momma, she's a grandmama, she got grandkids," Georgia said.

"Lasheky left my house and I ain't seen my child and I want her. And I'm not giving up, I want my child. ... I just want closure for my family. Please give us some closure."
