Chrystina Judd, 28, was last seen around 1 p.m. Sept. 7 in the 900 block of Jefferson Avenue.

Officers say her boyfriend was the one who reported her missing, but that happened a couple days later on the 9th.

Police say Judd was last seen by her boyfriend getting into a silver or light-colored SUV, possibly a newer model Jeep SUV, with an unknown registration. Officers say it could’ve been from Ohio. The vehicle had what appeared to be factory rims and tinted windows.

Judd is 5′1″ and 140 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She also has star- shaped tattoos on her right foot.

She was last seen wearing a beige shirt with a colored design, cut-off shorts and a pair of Nike Air Max Ones that were white, blue, and black.

I just read this thread and watched the video. Hopefully we'll get more details released in this case.

Per the video, apparently Chrystina Judd was last seen getting into a silver or light-colored vehicle, possibly with Ohio license plates, a couple of days before her boyfriend reported her missing.

Some initial questions that come to mind:

Do we know anything about her relationship with her boyfriend? Any reports of domestic issues in their relationship?

Did Judd have a cell phone? If so, did she have it with her when she was last seen, and did LE track her phone location?

Had she been calling, emailing, or chatting with anyone new online before she disappeared?

Thanks for the additional information on this case. The information gaps in some of these missing person cases is quite remarkable.

I'm not on Facebook so I can't view Chrystina's profile there, but if this information is accurate then she is describing herself as a "stay-at-home mom with two kids"?

Nothing I've seen so far has mentioned anything about that. Why would the local media and LE omit that kind of information? You would think this would be mentioned upfront at the time she was reported missing. This kind of information would logically bring up other questions involving her children, possibly ex-husbands, former boyfriends, etc.

Also, do we know that someone has been updating Judd's Facebook account after was reported missing, or did I misunderstand that?

Yes, it looks like the fb profile is or was logged in on maybe a PC and he was able to access and post asking her that she is missing and to come home.

Trying to get a better feel for this case, and several questions come to mind now that we know Judd has two children.

- Does anyone know if the current boyfriend is the father of Judd's two children, or does Judd have an ex-husband perhaps?

- Were her children living with her and the boyfriend at the time she want missing?

The media reports indicate Judd was last seen around 1:00PM on September 7, in the 900 block of Jefferson Avenue, getting into a light-colored SUV with tinted windows.

- Is this location near her home?

- Do we know who actually saw her getting into the SUV? A friend, relative, her boyfriend?

- Was anything said about whether Judd entered the vehicle willingly?

Has anyone done a legitimate 'detective' job on her home? Why do we accept her bf story -- hasn't led anywhere -- LE is sometimes reluctant to treat missing cases as possibly criminal (YMMV). If current, some records show she shares a duplex with someone who snatched their own kids -- seems like it should be checked out, but LE may need evidence before they can.
Sounds like she left bf on unfavorable terms -- why would he NOT know whose SUV she was getting into or where she was headed -- who else would she trust enough to get into their vehicle? Any Uber/Lyft records of her?
Probably too late now for surveillance video....has this been looked at?

You do certainly end up in a big black hole of questions, trying to get more information on her disappearance. Lots of confusing stuff. I will say, she disappeared from an area called "The West End", which if you google it, is a concern for the city. Big effort underway to clean up that area, well-known for prostitution and drug deals. Add that to the fact that LE seems to be largely ignoring this case, it raises questions.

Agreed that there are many knowledge gaps in this case. As pointed out in the above posts, we have very little factual information about Judd's background, her family history, her relationships, etc.

Some other questions that might be helpful:

- Does Judd have any previous history of disappearing?

- Have there been any domestic incidents in recent years?

- Did Judd and her boyfriend live in this "West End" area or is this some distance away from their residence?

Until more background information is released by the family, the media, or by local LE, much of the discussion in this case is speculation or guesswork.

If you log into Facebook (it sounds like you can't) and search for "Chrystina Judd", the first public sharable post that comes up is from a woman whose name matches her mom in the MSM article. That post links Chrissy Harvey's profile, which the mom says is hers.

I'm not on FB either so I can't review any of this information.

Based on these posts it appears Judd has at least two different Facebook accounts. One of them is under the name "Chrystina Judd", which might be an older, inactive account. The other one is under the name "Chrissy Harvey", which Judd's mother says is Chrystina's account.

Is "Harvey" her maiden name, previous married name, etc?

After re-reading this thread it appears Judd's boyfriend is the one who first reported her missing several days after she was last seen.

Was she in close proximity to her boyfriend when she stepped in to the SUV with, possibly, Ohio license plates?

If so, did he indicate Judd was forced into the SUV against her will, or did she get in willingly? If Judd voluntarily entered the SUV then it's possible she might have known the person(s) inside the vehicle.

Do we have media or LE confirmation that Judd actually disappeared from the "West End" area of Huntington?

Google searches mention that the "West End" area is known for drugs and prostitution, but with so little information available there's no way to know if her disappearance might possibly be related in some way.

She is using the boyfriend's last name (says they were engaged Sept 26, 2020).

LE are kindof calling out the boyfriend for waiting 2 days to report her missing.


“Anytime we have a missing person case, the harder information becomes to get. Video evidence disappears, people forget what they may have seen. So, it’s really important we get the information quickly. Unfortunately that hasn’t happened in this case,” Zimmerman said.


While I agree he shouldn't have waited, I don't think 2 days is as bad as we usually see. However, it makes me feel a little bit like LE is already eyeing the BF. JMHO

Based on what I'm seeing on Google Maps, Judd's residence is not close to the 900 block of Jefferson Ave. Not within walking distance anyway.

I'm not sure if the 900 block of Jefferson Ave, the last area Judd was seen, is part of the West End area of Huntington or not. However a quick Google search reveals a number of local media sources describing drug and prostitution arrests in that area over the last few years. Not implying that type of activity has any direct connection to Judd's disappearance but always something to keep in mind.
