Point taken about standard of proof. Absolutely agree. And, I guess that's the underlying issue... the information is just not that strong... even to those on the "inside" (surely with additional non-public information). Indeed, it isn't even strong/meaningful enough to support an ongoing active investigation or the like. Nor is it strong enough to even secure/retain for use should additional information be discovered. And I'm at a loss as to how even a so-called civil "guilty" finding will figuratively avenge the plaintiff's daughter's death. Spanking a once removed party for a totally different transgression? (Unless, I suppose, this is step one in trying to demonstrate that the defendants are responsible for the actual death.) That's my take on it.Standard of proof in civil court differs from criminal court.

In his Civil Trial deposition, Simpson said that he talked to Nicole on the phone around 9pm that night. She probably said one last thing he didn't like. It is known...www.websleuths.com
and civil court found Adam Shacknai responsible for the death of Rebecca Zahau
So in the end, it was all about money for the Zahaus. Nothing but MONEY. Adam Shacknai was framed just so the Zahaus could make a big paycheck off of their sister’s suicide. This was a travesty of the justice system. San Diego should be ashamed, as should all that helped this family spread...www.websleuths.com
