The Cheyenne Police Department says that they are searching for a missing teenager, who hasn’t been seen since early May.

According to information released by the Cheyenne PD, Neoganae Octyona Presbury was last seen in Cheyenne, on May 2, 2019. Neoganae is described as being 15 years old and was last seen in the capital city near West 28th Street and Snyder Avenue.

Officials say that Noganae is believed to be a runaway.

I would first identify that young man, to ask him where Neoganae is. Although she left 4 months after that photo was posted, and 4 months is a long time for a young romance, it could still be a possibility. If he is older than 18 years old, it would be an even greater possibility that she is with him, or that she left to be with him.

The point of being safe is not directly connected to continuity of posting on fb, at least it seems she is alive. However, both profiles don't give much information if she is back home or still somewhere out there, she is still a minor.
