White male, age 25-39, was killed when he fell off a moving train at Rawlins, Carbon County, WY. About 5'10" tall, 160 pounds, brown hair, blue eyes.

He wore a black jacket, dark brown hoodie (says Santa Cruz, California), light brown t-shirt, black Carhartt pants, black belt, and brown leather work boots with white, red, and black socks.

Scar on inside left lower leg
Tattoos: raven on left chest; left abdomen table with stick figure...302; left wrist inside lizard; right forearm round bomb with fuse

Could be a transient, but he seems too well-dressed to be very hobo-ish. Could be just a guy who thought riding the rails cross-country would be a great once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
