I found a news article from October 2014 stating that the charges were dropped against Mark Pearcy, but the charges against Jeff Pearcy remained active at that time. Nothing since then.

Good morning everyone. It seems to me that the Judge's favorite word is "stipulate" and he has a look with his eyes that he gives the defense when they don't go along. When the expert witnesses are going through their credentials he cuts them off pretty quick with "OK I'm willing to stipulate they are an expert witness" and then gives the defense table a look.

Seems to me his primary interest in staying "on time". I have to admit I like him more than I thought I would in the beginning. I do believe he would be all for "stipulating" Zach Adams is guilty as long as everyone would agree though.

very schedule minded but refreshing...they start on time (more or less) he instructs them to deal with issues out of court time that they can and he goes until 5:30 or 6:00. Different ball game with sequestered jury....time is big $$ but that is the best way to get a result here
