Questions going through a juror's mind right about now..

1. Why would Jason Autry make up his testimony if he was not involved in some way, especially if he knew there was no evidence?
If he had kept his mouth shut, the state would have no case.

2. Why would all those prisoners and ex-cons testify that Zach made the statements he did unless they were getting something in return? Otherwise, their only motive was to "do the right thing".

3. Why was there not more effort or discussion into who exactly dumped her body and when?

4. Early on, all those people testified that within the hour, hundreds of people were showing up at the Bobo residence. Holly's phone was pinging going north? Why did they not put out a call to to everyone who drove from the north on that road that day, and were headed south to Holly's house? Surely at least person would have remembered meeting a vehicle headed north?

5. Further more, there were hundreds of people walking all though the woods around the Bobo property, driving up and down all the roads..knocking on doors...so who ever took her, was very lucky not have been spotted by someone. Chances are, at least one person traveling south on the road Holly's phone pinged on, more than likely met the vehicle carrying Holly.

6. Could Jason Autry have been the person who really shot and killed her?

7. Why did Zach refuse to testify on his own behalf if he was innocent? Especially with his life at stake, facing the death penalty? Who better to put reasonable doubt into the minds of a juror but the accused himself, IF he is innocent?

I still can't see any lol.. I had this problem the other day too with some, don't know what's going on

They, the State, has NOT proven, beyond a reasonable doubt, that Zach, Dylan or Shayne or Jason kidnapped, raped or murdered Holly Bobo.

Jason Autry has plenty of time to contact all guys in the jails to fabricate a story of a confession from Zach.

The only person known to have stalked women, raped women, or assaulted women, is Terry Britt.

Zach did have domestic violence issues, but that's a far cry from kidnapping, raping and murder.

And there was and is not 1 shred of physical evidence that links Holly to any of those guys.

How could a juror vote guilty on any of the charges?

If you are only hung up on physical evidence, you are right, you can't convict.

If you believe every witness lied about every part of their testimony, and that none of it is true, you do have to ask yourself, why did they tear apart Terry Britt's life and not find enough to implicate him?

Why did 4 guys get indicted? For a crime none of them did despite all of these witnesses?

And why would Jason Autry make up an entire story that puts him with the body if he was not? Why would he admit to something he didn't do?

And why would Autry and Zach's phones be together during this time?

You do have to break it down and ask yourself honestly all the above questions before you, yourself can arrive at an innocent verdict.

Don't forget Shayne's attempt to get immunity deal. To get immunity deal you have to have been involved or you would have nothing to deal with. IMO You would also not kill yourself after immunity deal fell apart unless you really, really didn't want to sit in prison waiting for death sentence to be carried out.

Whenever you have a crime committed by more than one person, it is not at all unusual for one to take a deal for testimony. Why did Autry? As simple as beating ZA to the deal, otherwise he would be facing the DP. ZA was running his mouth to everyone just about.

This photo of ADA Nichols and Holly's parents bring me to tears. I know their bond with each other will last forever. All of them fought hard for years to see Holly receives justice. The Bobo family knows most of this was the fault of TBI agent Dicus and why the case stalled until he was removed. How bitter they must be and rightly so.

Because of him ADA JN was handed a much harder case but that didn't stop her passion/determination and she gathered compelling testimony/evidence to put together a great case in the end that also brought me to tears.

I know the Bobo family has to have some satisfaction about Dicus being exposed and shown to be the one that held this case back when it really should have been solved in a few short weeks. No wonder Karen butted heads with the TBI back then. She knew all along they were on the wrong track. And this case would have been solved so much earlier if he had done his job correctly, and focused on the ones who were actually guilty. Imo, he had become obsessed by wanting to be right more than actually investigating the case thoroughly to find out who really were involved in these horrific crimes against Holly. Its still mind boggling that he thought only one perpetrator commits rape. Where has he been? Living under a rock? Has he not heard of gang rapes before on victims that have been kidnapped and murdered? As far as him relying on criminologists or profilers ......doesn't he know they aren't infallible either and have done profiles in the past that turned out to be grossly wrong?

He picked a 'suspect' and tried to make him fit even though there wasn't one shred of evidence that connected him to Holly. Meanwhile he allowed the true suspects to get rid of evidence....leaving them years to do so. By his tunnel vision he also allowed Holly's remains to degrade when if he had checked where the A-Train gang had been that day they would most likely have found her then or at least much sooner.

I think I feel more anger about what this one man did than anything except what Holly had to endure. It is investigators like him why many crimes remain unsolved today. Those who get total tunnel vision and are so full of pride and self centered egos causing the suspects to get away. Sometimes finally a freah new set of eyes enters the case and then it becomes solved. No wonder the first thing the investigators did once they got the case was to notice all of these defendants didn't have verified alibis. What LE ever accepts the words of someone who could be potential suspects. Well Dicus it seems.

I feel the jury will find ZA guilty because all of the CE shows he is 100% guilty. Four months before Holly's remains were even located he told someone the police had 'no body and no gun." Only the suspect would know the way Holly was killed. No one knew that a gun had been used until she was found with a bullet hole in her skull.

Rest in peace beautiful Holly! You made a beautiful mark on the world in such a short time.

Prayers for the Bobo family! May justice be served and may the sentence be severe.

That is why I could never understand the reporter on Channel 5 when he said the case was weak because one of the co-defendants was testifying for the state. It makes me think he has never kept up with any cases before involving more than one defendant because it is very common for one of the co-defendants to testify either trying to get lesser time or the death penalty taken off the table or they were given a plea deal prior to trial. What happened here isn't unusual but more of the norm in cases involving more than one suspect.

This case is very unusual! There's not usually 5 people given immunity!!

Thank you to all you wonderful WSers -- IMO, the best people in the world -- for the amazing summaries, analyses, discussions, and updates. I'm on pins and needles waiting for the verdict (and on the verge of tears half the time), and I'm so glad to know I'm not alone.

Lots of love to all of you and to all of Holly's supporters. Justice for Holly! [emoji173]
