I was really surprised when I heard Travis' voice for the first time. His speech was slurred like he had been drinking on the sex tape. He talks like he has a mouthful of marbles. It surprised me as I kind of expected him to have a great speaking voice since he was such a "great motivational speaker". Not with that voice he wasn't, IMO.

I sound that way late at night after phone sex and when somebody won't let me get off the phnoe and go to sleep.

Well, last evening I was engaged in protracted verbal communication with my legal husband (with whom I am in a committed relationship), whereupon he inquired if I intended to experience a prolonged sleep experience anytime soon. I made an earnest assertion of independence, even an exertion of independence (waving my arms), communicating explicitly that he was not the boss of me. He reacted by positioning himself prone between the sheets of our bed, with the lights out.

Whereupon I engaged for another 20 minutes in reading electronic communications on my computing device, followed by a thorough personal bathing experience involving flowing mid-level temperature water. Eventually, I did experience a prolonged sleep experience, but it was on my own terms, even though he was present and nearby. I was NOT intimidated. I was successful in breaking the cycle of domination. My self esteem is now intact. (He is such a sweet bully sometimes, sigh.)

Wher do you get this? I have seen the judge address the whole courtroom. Is it 100% fact that only TA family has been addressed? If so, can you link it? Because I would agree, in that case that they address the other side.

No, that's why I said, as far as I'm aware. And based on the fact that JA's mother and friend continue to giggle during testimony, I'm guessing they haven't been told to stop. Insofar as Travis' family, it's my understanding - I could be wrong - but it's my understanding that if they react: giggle, make exaggerated faces, or become too animated, it's grounds for a mistrial.

ETA: I just read this back and realised it sounds snippy, sorry about that. Trying to cook and post. I agree the judge addresses both sides, I just wish JA's mother would stop giggling, it's disrepectful, IMO.

Oh she said Travis broke into HER computer?? That just proves it - she's flipping stories and accusing him of things she did to him. He wasn't obsessed .. she made sure he knew about other men in her life. She was TRYING to make him jealous because jealousy would have been a sign that he was still interested in her when in reality he was not .. and THAT'S what really got her goat.

it was outside of Lisa's apt or home that Travis's tires were slashed a four 2 days in a row, and Lisas 2, also Lisa rec'd email that she believed was from Jodi, so BK says she thinks it might have opened the door but she could be totally wrong.

JC: another example, Jodi just testified abt a text when she got back to her 1/2 sister in CA. & he texted her Travis saying he was angry & he wanted to know the name of the person who told her all the psycho things she's done, that right there opens the door.

Me too! I think my facial muscles are hypertrophied (aka JACKED!) because I have a very expressive face, I don't even realize it.. But many people are eager to point it out to me, and I have seen in video.. My sister in our Catholic elementary school was SCOLDED by a nun teacher for rolling her eyes but she had no idea she did it. Lol.. We just don't hide our feelings very well. Not even a whack with a ruler can cure it! :silenced:

I got kicked out of a middle school class for rolling my eyes once, and I had no idea I did it! Apparently I also shake my head no while debating with people, too. It must look so mean! I'm such a brat *blushes*

I'd have to take classes or something to make it stop. I am glad the judge is giving leeway to Travis' poor family. It must be so incredibly difficult to even be there, much less to try to keep their minds on their faces at all times.
