The family of 40-year-old Gerard Johns says the last time anyone heard from him was during the week of Thanksgiving. Birmingham Police believe he may be in danger.

SVU detectives request assistance locating a person of interest in the disappearance of Gerard Johns.

In December, the Birmingham Police Department reported the disappearance of Gerard Johns.
Since the initial investigation, SVU detectives have believed foul play was involved based on Gerard not reporting to work, which is unusual for him.
