Family members said Roberson was last tracked walking south on U.S. 79 between El Paso Avenue and Timothy Methodist Church in southwest Camden.

His family is concerned that Roberson may have met with foul play. He called his mother from the church at 9 p.m. Thursday, telling her that he was waiting for a friend to visit him.

Family members are offering a reward of $5,000 for information leading to Roberson.

A Camden youth reported missing since Thursday night, July 24, 2025 is apparently dead although his body has not been found.

Eva Barrett, the mother of William “Braden” Roberson, 18, posted the following message Sunday night on her Facebook page:

“With trembling hands, tears streaming down my face and a very heavy heart I am letting you all know Braden is with his baby sister in heaven. I know my sweet big hearted baby boy was welcomed by so many loved ones he has lost in his short 18 years. He was loved on earth more than he will ever know and is now in God's kingdom. One sweet day I will hold my babies again,” the message said.

BREAKING: The body of 18 year old Braden Roberson, who was first reported missing last Thursday, was found in a field near Norphlet, AR this evening. Family tells me a property owner in that area made the discovery. Law enforcement had been searching near Louann, AR earlier in the day.

- Braden was last seen in Camden.
- 3 are under arrest. Bryson Vaughan and Melanie Pipkin were discovered in a Bossier City, LA hotel and Cameron Hilderbrand was arrested in Arkansas.
- All are charged with Capital Murder, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with evidence.

- Multiple agencies are involved, including Ouachita County Sheriff's Department, Camden Police Department, Arkansas State Police, and arresting agency The Bossier City Police Department.
