Phillip Gillham isn't in NamUs or any other databases outside of this "National Missing Person Directory" website (which visually appears to be quite old), but I know he has to still be missing because he was listed as a possible identity on the recent NamUs entry for #UP100024, discovered January 22, 2023, in Quartzite AZ. This NamUs profile was later taken down and the person was identified as Ulyron Scott Pace, but that just means Phillip is still missing.
Any further info about this case is appreciated.
