Donna moved to Los Angeles and would stay in contact with family periodically with the longest gap being 3 to 6 weeks. Family has now not heard from Donna since December 2024 at which time she was experiencing homelessness and expressed a fear of being harmed but did not seek assistance. The last photo she sent home was on was on 12/24/24 and indicates that she was at 7th and Figueroa Street by the mall.

Her legal married name in St. Louis County is Donna Banks. However, in all of her LAPD records, she has been entered as Donna Carroll.

Los Angeles Court records are really hard to find and access as a general rule (San Bernadrino County has a search engine, but not most of LA). I couldn't find anything for her in St. Louis County in MO under Banks, Under Carrol there are a lot of people with that name so without a middle initial I can't pinpoint anything prior to when she moved.
