Location:
El Camino Real and Del Rio Rd.

Missing Person:
Michael Larson, a 76-year-old male resident of Arizona. He is described as being a white male, approximately 5’9” tall and 150 lbs., with grey short/thinning hair, hazel eyes and a mustache.

Vehicle:
Michael is driving a tan, 2003, 40-foot National Islander motor home with brown and a tan colored striped pattern on the sides. The license plate for the motor home is Arizona #AJL1131.

Details:
The Atascadero Police Department is actively searching for a missing person that was last seen by his wife at 12 pm in the area of El Camino Real and Del Rio Rd in the City of Atascadero.

At approximately 1200 hours, Michael Larson and his wife left the Atascadero Elks Lodge driving separate vehicles. The couple became separated at the Del Rio/El Camino Real traffic signal. Michael’s wife continued traveling southbound on El Camino Real for a short distance and then pulled over to wait. When Michael had failed to reach her location, she turned around to look for him. Michael and his wife were traveling to the city of Santa Maria to spend the night there. Michael’s wife was unable to locate him in Atascadero so she drove to Santa Maria, however Michael was not there either.

Michael suffers from several heath related issues and is considered at risk. The California Highway Patrol was contacted for assistance and they have issued a Silver Alert for Michael.

Michael may be enroute to the Dover Canyon or Vineyard Cemetery areas of Paso Robles, Santa Maria or Arizona.

If you see Michael or his motorhome please contact the Atascadero Police Department at 805-461-5051 or your nearby law enforcement agency.

Well he at least had somewhere comfortable to sleep last night, sorry his wife didn't...at least the bus should stick out like a sore thumb. Where are you Mr. Larson...???

My Dad used to full-time in his RV, parked it a few years back.

This is the worst nightmare of adult children of RVers.

(I do have a couple funny stories, because my step-mom kept working after my Dad retired, and, um, she is sometimes not a very practical person.)

jmho ymmv lrr

Yeah, this is wonderful, and maybe he'll park that RV now? JMHO, of course.
