In the tread for Michelle a member posted a list of Jane Doe's she was checked against per december 2019 CA - CA - Michelle Duncan, 18, South Los Angeles, 4 Nov 1984 This Jane Doe is not on this list, but, if I understood right, there are no identifiers for this Jane Doe so they will never be able to rule Michelle in or out.
