CA - SF bartender finds $20, buys lottery ticket, wins $1million

San Francisco bartender Hubert Tang hadn't bought a lottery ticket in 10 years, but when he found $20 at San Francisco International Airport last week, he treated himself.

He just won $1 million.

Tang says he is holding any spending plans right now, but may start dropping $20 bills in strategic places.
