Hey,

I thought many of you may be familiar with death records, and I'd like to know if this (attached) is unusual or normal for the era? The entire record was too large, but I've shown the parts that concern me.

Also, I notice that someone signed their name attesting to having attended the deceased 2 days prior to last being seen alive. Is that likely a doctor? Was she possibly in the hospital for 2 days? Can anyone read the signature?

Any opinions, tips, ideas, welcome! Thank y'all!

Can't make out the name but can definitely tell it says 'coroner of Olmsted county' beside it.

It also says she was found in the room of a hotel, not a hospital. Sounds like she had heart disease, and fell in the tub, one contributing to the other. The box for an autopsy being performed is marked yes, so I think that they likely got it right.
