Police investigating the disappearance of a man from Bury have arrested three people on suspicion of murder, it has been confirmed.
It comes as officers continue to scour Heaton Park where CCTV appears to show Craig Foy climbing into the park on the night he vanished.
Craig, 40, also known as Craig Kirwan, was last seen on Bury Old Road in Prestwich, near the junction with Kenyon Lane at around 11:45pm last Saturday (July 26).
As part of the enquiry, three men were arrested on suspicion of murder. Two have been told they will face no further action whilst one has been released on bail, the force said.
