''A robbery suspect has been linked by DNA to multiple ambush-style sexual assaults in Florida, some dating back 25 years, according to investigators. Jason Blount, 52, has been charged with three counts of sexual battery, and detectives identified a fourth victim “who was elderly at the time and is now deceased,” the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said in a July 7 news release. “Our detectives believe there are more victims in Jacksonville, Orlando and potentially beyond,” the sheriff’s office said.''

Man accused of at least 4 rapes in Jacksonville may have victims in Orlando, investigators say

Jason Blount, 52, who lived in Orange County, was recently arrested in Orlando on a robbery charge. After his DNA was processed into the booking system, detectives noticed it matched several rape cases in Jacksonville.
