PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. – The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office is currently working to find a 4-year-old child who wandered from his Putnam County home on Thursday afternoon.

The sheriff’s office said Mason Newstead, who is non-verbal, was last seen leaving his home on Front Street in Welaka around 12:30 p.m.

He is wearing gray footie pajamas.

Putnam County Sheriff’s deputies search for missing 4-year-old

The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office issued a missing child alert for a 4-year-old boy on Thursday afternoon. Deputies say Mason Newstead, 4, wandered from his home on Front Street in Welaka around 12:30 p.m. He is non-verbal.
