Details of Disappearance​

Ruiz was last seen in Miami Beach, Florida on March 14, 2010. He had gone to the beach with a female friend and they met up with a couple of males. At some point, he got up and walked away from the group, leaving all his belongings behind. He has never been heard from again.

Ruiz didn't have his vehicle at the time of his disappearance; his girlfriend had it. Few details are available in his case.
