NOT GUILTY Germany/Portugal - Christian Brueckner, 27 @ time of 1st crime (2004), charged with sexual assault crimes, Praia de Rocha, Portugal. #6

He needs to visit a place like Skidmore, Missouri. They know how to take care of menaces to society like him. IMO
His life on the outside seems almost as bad as being in a prison cage. On the outside he is having to stay indoors, lacks freedom & everybody is on to him.

It’s interesting that the judge who decided on the conditions of his release was at complete odds with the trial judge. One judge has assessed things & sees him as highly dangerous, the other treated him very lightly. The difference is telling

He might not relish his freedom.

IMO there's nothing stopping him from assaulting someone while he's got a GPS monitor on. By the time LE catches up to him, it'll be too late for that victim.

Of course not, but it might act as a deterent.
If not, then he'll end up back in prison, which will suit many.

As a serial sex offender & rapist he’s shown that getting consent from adult females does not matter to him, he’ll use force if he wants to. He has no prospects & no woman will go near him. That’s why watching that f’ker like a Hawke is vital. I don’t think he fully understands that his future will never be rosy. But if he did understand that, it may pose a risk of him committing a major crime ‘one last time’.
I think part of the reason he’s being a big drama queen is because he is completely isolated & no woman will go near him.

CB going back to prison will be better for the mental health of his victims & for the women & children he lives around. IMO it isn’t a matter of IF it’s a matter of when & why.

Thank god the judge who imposed the maximum restrictions saw sense & understood the gravity of the situation & how dangerous he is.

True.

I fear though that an ankle monitor won't deter him.

Either he'll cut it off and disappear or he'll commit a crime with it on.

Getting caught, getting sent back to prison, IMO these pale for him next to his urge to dominate and terrorize innocent victims.

I fear for his future victim and hope against all hope that I'm wrong.

I agree & sadly I don’t think you will be wrong, I think if he stays out he will offend again.

He will have a confidence in the German legal system which may mean he feels more confident taking risks.

IMO - it seems like SY are gearing up to take their shot at arresting him. Let’s hope there’s a route to a warrant & not some impassable tunnel of technicalities & red tape. MM deserves justice.

Their first barrier is the Crown Prosecution Service.
OG will need to convince them that they have a viable case before any application can be made to the german Courts for any extradition warrant.

Agreed.

IMO all of the evidence will be strong enough. I think the challenge will be whether they can use all of the evidence & whether an extradition will be straightforward enough to have a good prospect of working.

They may turn out to be in the same position as the Germans. Previously inadmissible evidence could snooker them.
