4’11” is quite short for the estimated age of (35-45). One possibility….

Charles Edward Wells (54) missing from Baltimore, MD on 4/25/94. He was reported to be only 5’0” tall. He did have a tattoo on his shoulder of the name “Brenda”. No mention of tattoo on UID so maybe not likely but found the height and PMI pretty close match.

ETA. Most likely an input error by NamUs on the height as Charley has him listed as 5’10”. Not a match, not even close.

Sad story and I hope he gets his name back. Why would they not have a picture of this man!?

I wonder if these 2 cases are related. They both went missing in Chicago, within months of each other.

Assuming he was 35-45 at time of death, then I supposed his assumed age at assault was 25-35.

Always makes me angry when people are alive for years and somehow no one takes a picture of them.

I'm really hopeful there is a photo somewhere and they haven't put it on Namus yet. If someone has access they can look into old newspaper articles - there may have been a released story with a photo in an effort to identify him - fingers crossed.
