INDIANAPOLIS - Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Missing Persons Detectives are seeking the public's help in locating 13-year-old Lucia Hernandez Paguada.

Lucia is described as 5’3", 95 pounds, black hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen on December 21st, 2024 in the 700 block of N. Linwood Avenue. Lucia may be in danger.
