Circumstances of Disappearance​

Mr. Cunha was last seen in the City of New Bedford, MA in December 2007. He stated, "You will never see me again." His vehicle was discovered abandoned on or about 12/29/07 in Bourne, MA near the harbor. There have been no sightings/contact. Mr. Cunha is of Angolan descent and has resided in Florida in the past. It is suspected that Mr. Cunha may have entered the water.​
