We've got a possible name, and the name, number, and address of someone that this male was clearly trying to reach. Can any sleuthers help solve this one?

The name 'Tracy Tudor', the address in Baltimore, and the phone number have no overlap that I can find on public records searches.

There is a past resident of the house (KH) who has a very similar number but ending in 0250.

The name 'Tracy Tudor', the address in Baltimore, and the phone number have no overlap that I can find on public records searches.

The address is actually in Brooklyn, MD which is south of Baltimore. I wonder how close he was found to the address? The phone number now is registered to Deimler Trucking Inc, but I'm not sure when they got that phone number. Maybe someone was helping John Doe (first name Mark?) to get a trucking job? I don't know, shot in the dark.

I was able to find a Tracy Tudor who currently lives elsewhere. I also had the thought that maybe this was a trucking job, so hearing that this phone number used to be registered to such a business is definetly interesting...

I know we cant sleuth people IRL if they aren't suspects, and the person I was able to find doesn't live in MD anymore, but I wonder if LE ever reached out to them!!!

Also the bar of soap came from a hotel in Colorado. so this john doe could have come from truly ANYWHERE!

Regarding blue post-it note, Mark call Tracy (Tarcy) Tudor. A "Mark Beeman" married a "Tracy Tudor in Baltimore on Feb. 22, 1993. It's possible that they were divorced by 1999 and that Mark was a homeless person and Tracy was trying to contact him. She may have searched for him and left a message with this person who may have said he knew Mark. It looks like Tracy Tudor Beeman is still living in Baltimore and that Mark is living in West Virginia.
I sent this info to the Baltimore Police Dept. but will they put the manpower into an unidentified person case that is 25 years old? Will Tracy or Mark remember anything about the decedent after that many years?
