Circumstances of Disappearance Mr. Cintron was last seen at the residence of an acquaintance. Despite weeks of interviews with several acquaintances, no new leads have been developed that would indicate the whereabouts of Jose Cintron nor what may have happened to him. His cellphone was turned off shortly after it was noted that he was missing. Further, inquiries to law enforcement in Missouri where Cintron was from, did not reveal any indication that he had returned there.
